Cleveland Construction, Inc., a leading hospitality construction management firm, is pleased to announce the successful construction completion and grand opening of the new Springhill Suites in Lexington, Kentucky. The Springhill Suites officially opened on Friday April 19, 2024.
Located at 4019 Finn Way, within The Summitt at Friz Farm retail development and development for Peachtree Group, the completion of the Springhill Suites is a testament to our commitment to managing the intricacies of unit building to minimize risk and managing the construction schedule to minimize delays for the hospitality industry.
The new Springhill Suites, a 5-story, 72,800 square-foot all-suite hotel, features a modern and sleek design with a combination of thin brick, cultured stone, and EIFS. Boasting 118 spacious guestrooms, along with amenities including an indoor pool, fitness center, meeting room, front desk with a lounge, dining areas, and an exterior patio, the hotel is set to provide an exceptional stay experience for its guests.
Cleveland Construction served as the construction manager for this project, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout the construction process. We are proud to have partnered with Peachtree Group to complete this project.
