Project Overview
Cleveland Construction, Inc. completed the interior trades package for this new 280,000 square-foot two-building office complex at the corner of Neil Avenue and Nationwide Boulevard in Columbus, Ohio.
The two 6-story Class-A office buildings are connected and include conference rooms, private offices, secured server rooms, a cafeteria, break rooms, and open office environments for tenants Columbia Gas of Ohio and Jones Day.
Cleveland Construction was contracted to self-perform the general trades package at both buildings, which included installing the interior metal stud framing, hanging and finishing drywall, acoustical ceilings and soffits, rough carpentry, doors, frames, and hardware.
