Interior Trades Contractor for the new Mount Carmel Grove City Medical Campus
Cleveland Construction, Inc. served as the specialty contractor for the construction of the new Mount Carmel Grove City Medical Campus in Grove City, Ohio.
This new medical campus includes a 504,00 SF full-service hospital with 186 patient beds and a 5-story, 125,000 SF medical office building. The campus was designed with patient experience in mind and offers convenient access to state-of-the-art facilities and care for Columbus' developing southern communities.
The new hospital, which replaces and expands a hospital originally built in the early 20th century, features all-private rooms and offers every convenience to patients and their families, from easy-to-navigate pathways throughout the building to a bistro-style kitchen and dining facility. The new medical office building connects to the new hospital, focuses on outpatient specialties such as primary care, women's health services, and outpatient oncology. It also serves as the headquarters for Mount Carmel's Graduate Medical Education program.
Cleveland Construction's scope of work included complete installation of the drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, venetian plaster, acoustic paneling, and high-end metal, wood, and acoustic ceilings. All work was performed within the new hospital, medical office, and pump room buildings.
