Cleveland Construction, Inc. recently completed the construction of a new Hilton Garden Inn in Florence, Kentucky. Serving as the Construction Manager At-Risk for the project, Cleveland Construction provided preconstruction, trade contractor coordination, and supervision during the construction phase from start to finish.
The new hotel, named Hilton Garden Inn Florence Cincinnati Airport South, features 123 units, an outdoor pool, a gym, and other hotel amenities for guests. The 5-story hotel spans 77,292 square feet and was built with a combination of precast concrete, load-bearing cold-formed metal framing, and CMU elevator/stair shafts, ensuring the highest quality standards were met.
